Happy Atoms is one of few STEAM kits that helps students understand chemical bonding and the nuances behind atoms and molecules. All of the atoms are magnetic and have just the right amount of magnetic spots as the chemistry of the atoms permit. By playing around with the structure of molecules, students will develop a deeper, if not more visual, understanding of how the chemistry of common atoms work.

The kit also comes with a free download of an app that provides a more detailed explanation of the molecules that students will create. Happy Atoms is the only kit we currently carry that explores the life sciences and is incredibly beneficial for young students, and older students who are taking chemistry class and need a visual.

• The app should be used as an open inquiry tool; students can make a few molecules, take a picture of their molecules, and then learn more about the molecule they just built
