How to Use Our Volunteer Calendar

Our Volunteer Calendar is your go-to tool for finding the perfect time to volunteer at The Education Partnership. It’s designed to make it easy for both individual volunteers and groups to see all available opportunities and sign up for a time that works best for you.

  • Individuals: Browse the calendar to view open time slots for various volunteer activities. Simply select a date and time that works for you, and sign up directly through the calendar using Civic Champs.  Don’t see your preferred date on the calendar, don’t worry—you can still volunteer! Just email Jordyn Dawley at Jordyn@TheEducationPartnership.org, and we’ll work with you to schedule a time that fits your availability, even if it’s outside the listed slots.
  • Groups: Whether you’re part of a company, school, or community organization, we welcome groups of all sizes! If you have a larger group or don’t see your preferred date on the calendar, don’t worry—you can still volunteer! Just email Jordyn Dawley at Jordyn@TheEducationPartnership.org, and we’ll work with you to schedule a time that fits your group’s availability, even if it’s outside the listed slots.

Need special accommodations? Please note that some areas of our building are only accessible via stairs. If you have any accessibility needs, feel free to email Jordyn Dawley at Jordyn@TheEducationPartnership.org, and we’ll make sure to accommodate your needs so you can have a positive and fulfilling experience.
