The Education Partnership is proud to partner with Communitopia this April for The Pittsburgh Youth Climate Action Summit!
The Pittsburgh Youth Climate Action Summit connects young people from around the region with one shared goal: Climate Action for All. Participants will connect with other youth leaders to grow their climate action skills, build climate knowledge, and develop a climate action plan that brings solutions to life in their communities. A FREE event this April for the youth in the Greater Pittsburgh Region!
Intended for youth between ages 13-18 and their allies, participants will be inspired by the opening Keynote presentation by Pittsburgh Mayor Ed Gainey, two sets of highly interactive breakout sessions, and plenty of networking and climate action planning. Lunch is included and snacks are provided throughout the day!
The Education Partnership encourages our teachers and students to sign up and participate in this FREE event. Teachers who bring a class of 10 students or more are eligible to receive a $100 stipend!
Limited space is available so don’t delay. Sign up and take action today!
