An Integrated Approach to Climate Change Education: Educators will gain confidence in teaching about climate change and sustainability by incorporating age-appropriate and solution-centered frameworks into their curriculum. Attack Theatre will provide an interactive and exploratory professional development session that harnesses the power of creative movement and offers kinesthetic learning strategies to develop critical thinking, encourage collaboration, strengthen communication, and nurture creativity across the curriculum. This workshop is suitable for educators at all levels. Please dress comfortably and be prepared to explore creative movement in the classroom with Attack Theatre’s Arts in Education Manager Brittany Tague and Artistic Executive Director Michele de la Reza. The session aims to equip educators with the practical skills to incorporate creative play and movement that support social-emotional learning, classroom structures, and routines and foster positive student behaviors and emotions.
